Roe deer, definitely. I was stumped for a few minutes wondering which species this was. A white tail would have a longer skull and the antlers would be shaped differently as well, with the tines facing forward instead of back toward the shoulders and ears.

Awesome! I don't think I've ever seen a photo of a deer skull with antlers intact, it actually took me while to figure out what it was when I saw it.
